Become a part of (give)¹⁰

To become a part of Give 10, donors contribute $10,000 or more to eligible Larimer County 501(c)3 nonprofit organizations between January 1 and December 31, 2010. Gifts of cash, stock, real estate and personal property are also eligible donations.

Once an eligible gift has been made, participation in Give 10 can be completed one of three ways:


1. Click here to fill out a 2010 Give 10 participation form online.
2. Fill out and return a copy of the participation form to Give 10 staff at Give 10, 262 East Mountain Avenue, Fort Collins, C0 80524.
3. Contact friendly Give 10 staff at 970.221.2636.

Representatives from nonprofit organizations are also welcome to contact Give 10 staff or complete the enrollment form on behalf of donors.

Participation forms must be completed and submitted by January 10, 2011 to receive an invitation to the February 2011 Give 10 Grand Gala.

Bohemian Foundation respects the privacy of philanthropy. Donor contact and gift information is confidential. The information collected by Bohemian Foundation will be used only to generate the Give 10 Grand Gala invitation list.

After submitting your gift information you will receive an enrollment confirmation and Save the Date details for the event. You will receive your official invitation to this premier celebration as we get closer to the event.
